Terms of Use

Last updated: August 27, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AccessDigital Client Portal (the "Portal"). By logging into or using the Portal, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Portal.

1. Accounts and Access

Access to the Portal is provided by AccessDigital to authorized clients and administrators only. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Portal only for its intended purpose — completing onboarding, submitting required documents, and managing your account with AccessDigital. You agree not to:

  • Attempt to access another client's or administrator's account or data;
  • Upload content that is unlawful, fraudulent, or infringes on the rights of others;
  • Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Portal or its underlying systems;
  • Use the Portal to transmit malicious code or attempt to circumvent its security controls.

3. Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information and documents you submit through the Portal, including company details, banking information, and supporting documents. AccessDigital reserves the right to request corrections or additional information, and to reject or request revision of a submission where information appears incomplete or inaccurate.

4. Document Submission and Review

Onboarding forms and documents submitted as drafts may be edited prior to final submission. Once submitted, your onboarding record will be reviewed by AccessDigital administrators, who may approve the submission or request revisions. Draft materials are not considered final until formally submitted through the Portal.

5. Intellectual Property

All templates, forms, and content made available through the Portal remain the property of AccessDigital, except for the client-specific information and documents you submit. You may download and use templates solely for the purpose of completing your onboarding with AccessDigital.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the Portal available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. AccessDigital may suspend or restrict access to the Portal for maintenance, security, or other operational reasons.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AccessDigital is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Portal.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Portal after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Contact Us
